Tic the Clown performs for Evening Magazine (Picture at Right). I am very proud to have met and performed for many dignitaries from coast to coast. I performed for the White House, Honorable Governor Gary Locke March 2000, Honorable Governor Gregoire at her inauguration 2005, Honorable Governor Angus King, Honorable Governor Jeanne Shaheen, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, US Senators Patty Murray and John Kerry, Senator Sid Snyder, Senator Swecker and many others. I performed for the Washington State Legislature. I was honored with Washington State Senate Resolution 2001-8608 for being an example to our community, and demonstrating dedication, and public spirit. I thank Senators, Swecker, Costa, and Rasmussen for this resolution.

I started balloon twisting in late June of 2003. My balloons have allowed me to meet so many wonderful people, children, and dignitaries. I met Lieutenant Governor Brad Owen who hired me to balloon twist during a campaign dinner. I decorated his Motel suite for his election victory party.

I have appeared on The Martha Show, Evening Magazine, the Laura Lee Show in Olympia, The Maury Povich Show for Connie Chung, KTVB BOISE, KBCI Boise, KIVI Boise, KOMO Seattle, KCPQ Seattle, KING 5 Seattle, WFXG Augusta, and KRIV Houston.

Twisting balloons is great fun and also rewarding. May 2005 I traveled to Thailand twisting balloons for tsunami orphans.

I have spent many hours fund-raising and helping various charities. I have now established my own charity that is registered in Washington State. It is Tic the Fire Safety Clown. Please contact me for a fire safety show. I except donations for this charity as any amount given helps reduce the amount the schools have to pay.

I am very proud to be a registered Choctaw Indian. My Great-Great Grandfather is Judge Silas James. I am also proud to say I am a descendant of Chief Levi Colbert.
